14B NCAC 15C .1103      INSPECTION OF PREMISES: AVAILABILITY OF PERMIT

(a)  Law enforcement officers shall have access to the premises of a fuel alcohol plant for inspection as provided by law.

(b)  The fuel alcohol permit shall be available for inspection by law enforcement officers or employees of the Commission as authorized by G.S. 18B-502.
